Sid Aguirre has built an impressive career across civil, municipal, and telecommunications sectors. Leveraging an extensive network within the industry and government agencies, he has successfully overseen and delivered projects spanning various disciplines and complexities. With over 30 years of experience in the heavy construction industry, his leadership and in-depth knowledge make him a trusted partner in driving innovation and excellence across construction and telecommunications projects.

Justin Frick is a design professional with extensive experience in the cable industry. He has worked with cable providers such as Comcast, Charter, Wave, Optimum, and Wholesail Networks in planning, drafting, and permitting many different construction projects in various county regions.

As an engineering director, he has trained and managed CAD drafters and field technicians to reach their full potential and deliver a quality product in a timely manner.
