Tom Trinh is an engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering and a strong track record of leadership in advanced technology fields. During his time at Northrop Grumman and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, his work on cutting-edge projects demanded precision, creativity, a deep understanding of engineering principles, and the integration of modern technology. Applying his technical and managerial skills to the telecommunications engineering industry, he is dedicated to improving conventional practices and providing turnkey solutions.

Sid Aguirre has built an impressive career across civil, municipal, and telecommunications sectors. Leveraging an extensive network within the industry and government agencies, he has successfully overseen and delivered projects spanning various disciplines and complexities. With over 30 years of experience in the heavy construction industry, his leadership and in-depth knowledge make him a trusted partner in driving innovation and excellence across construction and telecommunications projects.

Justin Frick is a design professional with extensive experience in the cable industry. He has worked with cable providers such as Comcast, Charter, Wave, Optimum, and Wholesail Networks in planning, drafting, and permitting many different construction projects in various county regions. In his role as Engineering Director, he oversees the development and implementation of company procedures. He provides leadership and training to the engineering and drafting teams to uphold quality, efficiency, and consistency across all projects. 

Ivan Rodriguez is a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy with a degree in Civil Engineering and broad experience in construction management. He has overseen complex projects from planning to execution and brings  the same dedication and leadership to his work with government entities, where he serves as a key liaison to ensure compliance with government regulations, strong partnerships, clear communication, and effective collaboration. 

Louis Tran is a licensed Professional Engineer with a background in structural design and analysis. Prior to joining Light Phase Engineering, he worked at Bechtel and Caltrans as a Design Engineer. He has worked on SHOPP and HM projects requiring rigorous technical and safety standards. At Light Phase Engineering, he oversees the review and approval of civil and structural designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and engineering excellence in every project.
